As reported on November 2, 2016, China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp., Ltd (CSCEC Southwest Design Institute) has been entrusted to design the Tuanjiecun No. 9 Land in Chenghua District of Chengdu.
　　The Project is located in Chenghua District of Chengdu with the planned overall floorage of 290,000sqm. It is the first building project in Chengdu built on subway parking lot, a new type of planning for buildings in the development of urban rail transit. It includes multi-layer residences, high-rise residences, commercial premises, hotels and office buildings.
