China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) has recently won the bid for PPP Project of Xinxing South Road in Xi’an City, with the winning price of RMB1.2 billion.
　　With the overall length of 8km, the Project includes bridge works (viaducts and overpass), road works, drainage works, greening works, lighting works, etc. It is an important component of urban expressway in Xi’an City.
