China Construction Fifth Engineering Corp., Ltd (CSCEC 5th Bureau) has formed a consortium with Country Garden Holding Co., Ltd and won the PPP Project for building Qiaolin Affordable Housing in Pukou District of Nanjing City. The contract value is RMB2.4 billion.　　With the gross building area of 635,000sqm, the Project covers project investigation and design, civil works and refined decoration, M&E and fire-fighting, outdoor landscaping and municipal works, and post-stage operation.
