The process of Aeration Grit Chamber + Radial-flow Primary Settling Tank + Inverted A2/o is adopted, in combination with the multi-step multi-stage nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, and biological moving bed reactor + periphery inlet periphery outlet sedimentation + coagulating sedimentation + fiber rotary disk filtration + liquid chlorine disinfection. The effluent conforms to Grade 1A of GB18918-2002 National municipal sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard.
