On the 3rd of November, the science and technology project "Key Technology and Application of Intelligent Monitoring and Optimal Operation of Urban Waste Water Treatment Plant", participated in and completed by CSCEC AECOM, won the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Invention. In view of the outstanding problems of urban sewage treatment plant, such as high energy consumption, large fluctuation of effluent quality, difficulty in monitoring and complex operation, the project developed a new method of waste water treatment plant monitoring based on online measurement of microbial activity after 15 years of basic research, technology research and development and engineering application. Broke the microorganisms active real-time monitor, multidimensional breathing map, intelligent optimization control, such as the core technology and equipment, build a set of optimized design, real-time monitoring, intelligent control and intelligence operation system for the integration of urban waste water treatment technology, will increase the extensive operation of waste water treatment by experience-relied-on for data driven intelligence operations. The operation efficiency, economy and stability of sewage treatment plant are improved significantly.
